升级固件的步骤

看到有人回帖要求讲一下升级步骤，我给大家找一下

1. Download the file to your computer.
   
2. Double-click the file to start the WinZip Self-Extractor.
   
3. Select Unzip to folder, and specify a locetion, or leave the default locetion.
   
4. Click Unzip. The firmware file unzips to the specified folder.
   
5. Note the locetion of the folder. The file has a .pak file extension.
   
6. Close the WinZip Self-Extractor.

• If you do not have a memory card and card reader, use Method 1.
  
• If you have a memory card and a card reader, use Method 1 or Method 2.

1. Visit the EASYSHARE Software Web page at www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw, and download the latest version of software.
   

   NOTE: EASYSHARE Software version 6.x or later must be used during this procedure.

   
   
2. Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable.
   

   NOTE: The first time you connect your camera to your computer, Sync and Transfer Setup or Sync and Transfer Assistant prompts appear on the screen. Follow the prompts to set up the camera as a device in the software.

   
   
3. Remove the memory card from the camera.
   
4. Turn on the camera.
   
5. Start EASYSHARE Software.
   
6. Select Tools > Sync and Transfer Manager.
   
7. Select your device from the list in the left column, and then select the Info tab.
   
8. Click Update Firmware, and go to the locetion where you downloaded the firmware file.
   
9. Click Open to copy the file from your computer to the internal memory on the camera.
   
10. Turn off the camera, and then disconnect the USB cable from the camera.
    
11. Turn on the camera and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade. The upgrade takes approximately two minutes. When it is complete, the camera will delete the firmware file from internal memory.
    
12. Turn off the camera, and then turn it back on again.

1. Remove the files from the memory card.
   
2. Place the memory card in the card reader.
   
3. Open the drive corresponding to the memory card to view the card contents.
   
4. Check that a System folder exists on the memory card. If not, create one.
   
5. Locate the firmware file on your computer and copy it into the System folder on the memory card.
   
6. Remove the memory card from the card reader, and insert the memory card into the camera.
   
7. Turn off the camera.
   
8. Turn on the camera and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade. The upgrade takes approximately two minutes.
   
9. Turn off the camera, and then turn it back on again.

11.打开相机，并根据屏幕提示完成升级。升级大概花费2分钟，当升级完成时，相机将从相机内存删除固件文件。

12.关闭相机，并再次打开。

方法二

1.从卡存储卡中删除文件

2.将存储卡放入读卡器

3.打开对应的驱动器（磁盘）并查看卡目录

4.检查存储卡上是否有“System”目录，如没有，新建一个

5.在计算机上找到固件文件并把它复制到存储卡的“System”目录

6.从读卡器中取出存储卡，放入相机

7.关闭相机

8.打开相机，并根据屏幕提示完成升级。升级大概花费2分钟

9.关闭相机，并再次打开

我没有读卡器，所以使用的方法一

另外官方的注意事项：

CAUTION: Loss of power during the firmware upgrade can render your camera inoperable.

1. Connect the optional KODAK AC Adapter, or install a new or fully charged battery in the camera.
   
2. If you have pictures on the internal memory of your camera or on a memory card, save the pictures to your computer.

另外：怎么看目前的812是什么级别阿？本人没有数据线，只有读卡器
